Abstract

Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) has evolved from traditional graphical interfaces to conversational and intelligent systems. Natural Language Processing (NLP) plays a critical role in enabling computers to understand and respond to human language in a natural way. This study investigates how NLP enhances user experience, accessibility, and system efficiency in modern computing environments. The research adopts a mixed-method approach involving surveys, usability testing, and system evaluation. Findings show that NLP-driven interfaces significantly improve task completion speed, user satisfaction, and accessibility for non-technical users. The study concludes that NLP is a major driver of future HCI innovations and recommends increased integration across industries.
