Abstract

The viscosity of a liquid is a measure of that fluid's resistance to flow when acted upon by an external force such as a pressure differential or gravity. Viscosity is a general property of all fluids, which includes both liquids and gases. While the basic concept of viscosity is the same for liquids and gases, changes in temperature affect the viscosity of liquids differently. Palm oil is a common commercially-available vegetable oil with considerable high oil content (Atta and Imaizumi, 2002, Sirisomboon, et ah, 2007, Bamgboye and Adejumo, 2008, Davies. and El-Okene, 2009.,. Unal, and Sincik, 2009, Davies, 2009, Khodabakhshian, et ah, 2010, Diamante and Lan, 2012 and Isik. andlzli, (2007).palm oil considered to be important oil due to large application it possesses.
