DESIGN AND IMPEMENTATION OF ONLINE MOBILE APPLICATION FOR EVENT PLANNING AND RESPONSE SYSTEM
Abstract
The increasing demand for efficient coordination and management of events has highlighted the limitations of traditional, manual planning methods. This project presents the design and implementation of an Online Event Planning and Response System aimed at streamlining event organization, communication, and real-time response management. The system provides a centralized digital platform where users can create, schedule, and manage events while enabling participants to register, receive updates, and respond promptly.
The proposed system is developed using modern web technologies, ensuring accessibility, scalability, and user-friendliness. Key features include event creation and scheduling, automated notifications, attendee management, real-time response tracking, and administrative control dashboards. The system also integrates communication tools to facilitate interaction between organizers and participants, thereby enhancing coordination and reducing delays.
The implementation adopts a structured software development methodology, incorporating system analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment phases. Database management techniques are utilized to ensure secure storage and efficient retrieval of event-related data. The system was tested under various scenarios to evaluate its performance, reliability, and usability.
Results indicate that the Online Event Planning and Response System significantly improves efficiency, reduces manual workload, and enhances user engagement compared to conventional methods. It provides a reliable solution for organizations, institutions, and individuals seeking effective event management. Future improvements may include mobile application integration and advanced analytics for better decision-making.
