Abstract

The Electronic Performance Evaluation and Promotion System was developed to address the challenges associated with traditional performance evaluation methods in educational institutions. This project aimed to create a streamlined, transparent, and efficient platform for assessing employee performance, particularly lecturers, and facilitating promotion processes. The system was designed with distinct user roles—Admins, Evaluators, and Lecturers—each with specific functionalities tailored to their needs. The Electronic Performance Evaluation and Promotion System features a secure login system, comprehensive dashboards for each user role, and modules for task management, evaluations, and progress tracking. The Admin Dashboard allows for the management of users, tasks, departments, and evaluations, while the Evaluator Dashboard enables supervisors to assess lecturer performance effectively. Lecturers benefit from a user-friendly interface that allows them to manage their tasks and track their progress. Overall, the implementation of the Electronic Performance Evaluation and Promotion System has resulted in improved efficiency, enhanced communication, and greater transparency in the performance evaluation process. The system not only simplifies administrative tasks but also fosters a culture of continuous feedback and professional development.
