Abstract

The study investigates malaria prevalence in Africa and its relationship with socioeconomic and demographic factors using binary logistic regression on data sourced from Kaggle. Key findings indicate that higher use of insecticide-treated bed nets reduces malaria incidence, while urban population growth is positively correlated with higher incidence. Access to basic drinking water in urban areas was found to lower malaria risk
