Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research investigates the influence of organizational culture on team collaboration in Zenith
Bank Nigeria Plc, Maitama, Abuja. The research’s specific objectives is to investigate the influence
of organizational culture on team collaboration in Zenith Bank Nigeria Plc, focusing on work
place values, diversity and inclusive team collaboration. The research, therefore employed
descriptive survey design where questionnaires was used. Census sampling technique was used in
arriving at the sample size. 30 copies of questionnaires were distributed to the respondents and
some were returned which was used for data presentation. The Pearson Correlation Coefficient
was used to test for hypotheses. The findings revealed that work place values, diversity and
inclusive team collaboration have a positive impact on collaboration. The researcher
recommended that zenith Bank Nigeria Plc, Maitama, Abuja should foster organizational practice
that encourages work place values, diversity and inclusive team collaboration.
