Abstract

ABSTRACT In today’s fast-paced technological environment, the reliability of computer hardware plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across various sectors. However, hardware failures remain inevitable due to wear and tear, environmental conditions, and improper usage. This project focuses on the design and implementation of a software diagnostic system aimed at improving hardware maintenance processes. The system developed in this study is capable of identifying faults in hardware components such as memory, storage devices, processors, and peripheral interfaces. By integrating intelligent diagnostic algorithms, the software provides users with real-time analysis, fault detection, and recommended solutions. The methodology adopted includes system analysis, design, coding, and testing phases, ensuring that the software meets functional and user requirements. The results show that the developed system significantly reduces troubleshooting time and enhances maintenance efficiency compared to traditional manual methods. This project contributes to the field of computer engineering by offering a cost-effective, user-friendly, and efficient tool for hardware diagnosis and maintenance, especially useful for technicians, organizations, and individuals.
