Abstract

This project explores the relevance of Public Relations (PR) strategies and techniques for effective service delivery . It investigates the role of PR in building public trust, managing health communication, and improving institutional image. Using structured questionnaires and interviews with PR officials and patients, the study reveals that strategic communication enhances hospital-patient relations, especially during crises and health campaigns. It concludes that PR is not just relevant but essential in health management and recommends enhanced funding and training for PR departments in hospitals.
