Abstract

Abstract This report presents the design and implementation of a cost-effective, portable LED display board for scrolling text messages. The hardware uses a ZH-WN microcontroller, P10 LED matrix, and stable power supply, while software employs a ready-made mobile app for WiFi-based control. The prototype successfully displays user-defined messages with smooth scrolling, validating a low-cost dynamic signage solution.
