Abstract
Urban renewal is a process to redevelop cines it aims to address the complex urban problems. The redevelopment of areas within a large city, typically involving the clearance of slum. Urban renewal is the process of seizing and demolishing large swaths of private and public property for the purpose of modernizing and improving aging infrastructure. While urban renewal is intended to bring positive transformation to urban areas, it has been the subject of debate and criticism. In some cases, these projects have led to the displacement of existing communities, often lower-mcome residents, who may be unable to afford the rising costs associated with the revitalized neighborhood. Striking a balance between development and community needs is a key challenge in the urban renewal process.
