DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF HEAT TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM USING MICRO CONTROLLER WITH DIGITAL DISPLAY SCREEN AFTER 1000
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The aim of my PROJECT is to design a simple low cost device using microcontroller to monitor and control temperature in a temperature chamber. We sent input signals to microcontroller by using LM35 sensor and Push switch button. Analog signal from the sensor convert into digital signal by ADC. Then both inputs show on LCD and microcontroller compare the measured temperature against the desire temperature. If temperature is OK then microcontroller again measures the temperature from the sensor. If measured temperature less than 5°C from set temperature then yellow LED is ON. If measured temperature exceeds our set temperature then Red LED, Buzzer and Cooling system are ON automatically. It is also possible to interface more sensors and a RF module by selecting a suitable PIC with more I/O ports.
