DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE CONTINGENCY PLAN TO MITIGATE RISK MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This study focuses on the development of an effective contingency plan to mitigate risk management within organizations. It encompasses a comprehensive assessment of potential risks faced by organizations across different sectors, ranging from natural disasters and cyber threats to supply chain disruptions and economic downturns. The study will prioritize the analysis of risks based on their likelihood and impact, allowing for the development of tailored response strategies and protocols. Additionally, the study will explore the integration of technology solutions for efficient risk monitoring and response. While the primary focus is on developing the contingency plan, the study will also evaluate its effectiveness through testing and validation in simulated and real-world scenarios. The scope of the study is limited to the development of the contingency plan itself and does not include the implementation or ongoing management of the plan.
