Abstract

In the current educational system, academic performance is the primary focus of evaluating students. However, non-academic qualities such as awards, sports, character and communication skills are also crucial for students to excel in their future careers. This report presents a system that aims to grade the non-academic qualities of students in an efficient consistent manner. The functionality of this project is both for students and instructors in each department. The application is limited to the use of university on grading of non-academic qualities. It does not include grading of any other courses or subjects. The system is hereby a standalone application with no integrations whatsoever. The Non-Academic Student Evaluation and Grading System's design and development must go through a crucial phase called implementation. The proposed system is implemented during this stage, ensuring a seamless transition from the design stage to actual development. With an emphasis on turning the envisioned system into a practical and operational reality, the analysis and design of the system are thoroughly examined. In the Non-Academic Student Evaluation and Grading System's implementation phase, testing exercises are crucial. To find and fix any mistakes, flaws, or inconsistencies in the functionality of the system, thorough testing is carried out, involving the execution of multiple test cases. The effectiveness, dependability, and accuracy of the system's evaluation and grading procedures must be guaranteed through this testing procedure.
