Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of internal audit in a public sector ATAKUNMOSA WEST LOCAL GOVERNMENT is used as a case study this project work is divided into five chapters. Chapter one deals with the introduction objectives of the study and scope of the study and statement of the problem limitation of the study and definition of terms. Chapter two is the literature review chapter three deal with research methodology and many other sub-topics. Chapter four deal with presentation analysis and interpretation of data while five deals with summary conclusion recommendation and bibliography
