Abstract

Innovative solutions to the enduring problem of lost and recovered things have been made possible by the broad usage of mobile and artificial intelligence technologies. In order to expedite item recovery procedures, this study describes the creation of an intelligent mobile application that integrates cutting-edge AI-based search features and geolocation capabilities. The application offers a productive and user-friendly platform for reporting and looking for missing or unusual objects by utilising image recognition, natural language processing, and centralised data storage. By enabling users to locate misplaced or recovered objects, geolocation capabilities increase precision and cut down on search time. Physical notices and manual tracking are examples of traditional item recovery techniques that are ineffective and have a narrow reach. This study focusses on using contemporary technology to close these gaps while addressing issues of internet dependence, privacy, and inclusivity for non-digital users. Scalability, dependability, and an improved user experience are all features of the system, which was developed using an organised development process. The initiative sets a standard for future developments in digital problem-solving apps and shows how AI-driven innovations can revolutionize the lost-and-found space while encouraging community involvement.
