EVALUATION OF HISTOPATHOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL CHANGES IN THE KIDNEY OF ALBINO RATS EXPOSED TO HISTOLOGY TISSUE PROCESSING SOLUTIONS.
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The kidneys are important and varied role in the body, impairment of their function can result in a range of disorders, from mild variations in fluid balance to acute kidney failure and death. This study was carried out to evaluate the histopatological and biochemical changes in the kidney of albino rats exposed to histology tissue processing solutions. In this study, Inbreed Twenty (12) Albino rats comprising of Twelve-(6) males and Twelve-(6) females were used and divided into three groups of eight animals Animals was kept in standard cages at a room temperature of 27±2°C.
