Abstract

In recent years, digital transformation has revolutionized educational service delivery, particularly in course registration and fee management systems. This research project presents a QR Code–based Online Registration System with Automated Fee Payment for the Entrepreneurship Directorate & Skills (EDS) course, designed to streamline student enrollment and payment processes. The system leverages QR code technology to provide each student with a unique, scannable identifier for quick and secure registration. Integrated with an automated payment gateway, it ensures accurate, real-time fee transactions while minimizing errors, delays, and manual intervention. The platform enhances accessibility by offering a user-friendly interface for both students and administrators, enabling efficient record management, instant payment verification, and transparent reporting. By combining the robustness of QR code authentication with the convenience of automated online payment, this system significantly improves operational efficiency, reduces administrative workload, and fosters a seamless registration experience. Ultimately, it demonstrates how modern information systems can support educational institutions in achieving higher efficiency, accountability, and student satisfaction.
