Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research work tries to scrutinize the causes and effects of frustration on office managers with particular reference to Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda like vandalization of office stationary, inadequate facilities like telephone, equipment, family problems, problems of non recognition at place of work, lack of opportunity to further their education. The objective of this study is to look at the definition of office manager, to identify the duties of office manager in Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda, to highlight the qualities of office manager, also to ascertain whether frustration cause by office managers or their work environment, and to highlight the problems of frustration and suggest ways to enhance job satisfaction of office managers in an organization, then to suggest ways of overcoming frustration.
