FINANCIAL REWARD AND WORKERS PRODUCTIVIY IN SELECTED BANKS LOKOJA, KOGI STATE
Abstract
This research study examine financial reward and Workers Productivity in Selected Banks Lokoja, Kogi State . The main aim of this study is to determine how effective financial reward offer Workers Productivity among worker of selected banks in Lokoja, Kogi State. The methodologies used for this research study consists of primary source of data to elicit information. Simple percentage and table were used to analyze data and chi-square statistic method was used to test the hypotheses formulated. Based on the findings, it was revealed that Workers Productivity will lead to high productivity and the techniques of salaries and wages adopted by organization motivate employees for higher performance. If employees in an organization are highly motivated, productivity will increase which is an ingredient of Workers Productivity.
