CONSTRUCTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF POWER SYSTEM DEMONSTRATION BOARD.
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This project involves the design, construction, and implementation of a Power Systems Demonstration Board (PSDB) to provide a hands-on learning experience for students and professionals in the field of electrical engineering. The PSDB is designed to simulate real-world power system scenarios, allowing users to visualize and interact with key components and operations. The demonstration board incorporates a range of materials, including a generator, power transformers, towers, conductors, insulators, high-tension (HC) and low-tension (LT) poles, and a casing board. These components enable the simulation of power generation, transmission, and distribution, as well as the demonstration of key concepts such as voltage regulation, electrical insulation, and system protection. The PSDB is designed to be a valuable educational tool, providing a comprehensive and interactive learning experience for users. By simulating real-world power system scenarios, the demonstration board enables users to gain a deeper understanding of power system principles and operations, and to develop practical skills in areas such as system design, operation, and maintenance. Overall, this project aims to contribute to the development of a more effective and engaging learning experience for students and professionals in the field of electrical engineering, and to provide a valuable resource for educational institutions and training programs. project aims to contribute to the development of a more effective and engaging learning experience for students and professionals in the field of electrical engineering, and to provide a valuable resource for educational institutions and training programs.
