Abstract
The research work is design to determine the impact of information and communication technology in Reference Service to Library Users in Sa`adu Zungur University Bauchi, in which five chapter design to accomplish the research work, chapter one designed to discuss the following headlines; background of the study, statement of the problem, aims and objectives of the study, research questions, significance of the study, scope and limitation of the study and operational definition of terms.
