This research focuses on Assessment of Public Private Partnership and Infrastructural Development in Lokoja Kogi State. The objectives ofthis research are; What is the effect ofPPP risk management on infrastructural development in Lokoja metropolis, Has the PPP managerial expertise enhanced infrastructural development in Lokoja metropolis,. Data were generated via primary and secondary sources. Modernization theory was utilized in this study. The sample size ofthe study was determined using Taro Yamene Fomula. Chi Square Statistical tool was used in the analysis ofthe data. The findings ofthe studs revealed among others; that risk management has significant influence on infrastructural development in Lokoja Kogi State and that level of managerial expertise has significant effect on infrastructural development in Lokoja Kogi State. The studv. therefore, recommended that the that public private partnership should constitute stakeholders ofhigh integrity to mitigate high riskfactor in terms of Infrastructure Procurement and project valuation and that quality project execution should be adhered to by all parties involved, this would create good collaboration in future partnership arrangement.
