EVALUATION OF PROTECTIVE EFFECTS OF PYRIDOXINEONSILDENAFIL INDUCED TESTICULAR DAMAGE IN MALE WISTARRAT
Abstract
This study evaluated the protective effects of pyridoxine on sildenafil-induced testicular damage in male Wistar rats. Twenty rats were divided into four groups: control, sildenafil-treated, pyridoxine-treated, and combined treatment. Results showed that sildenafil reduced sperm quality and altered testicular histology, while pyridoxine improved these parameters when co-administered. The findings suggest that pyridoxine has protective effects against reproductive toxicity caused by sildenafil.
