Abstract

This project aim to design and construct a rechargeable washing machine with spinning system to improve power instability, washing efficiency and energy consumption. The conventional washing machine often face challenges such as inefficient water usage, longer washing cycle, and inadequate spinning performance leading to higher energy consumption and reduce user satisfaction. In this project, we propose a novel approach to address these challenges by integrating innovative technologies into both the washing and spinning system with a rechargeable method. Firstly, the washing system will incorporate intelligent water sensing and distribution mechanism to optimize water usage based on load size and fabric type, thus reducing water usage ensuring thorough cleaning. Secondly, the spinning system will be enhanced by implementing variable speed control and vibration reduction techniques. This will not only improve the efficiency of water extraction from the clothes, resulting in shorter drying times, but also minimize noise and vibration during operation, enhancing user experience Thirdly, the rechargeable process will aid easy and frequent usage as its environmental friendly undermining interrupted power supply or power instability The outcome of this project are expected to contribute to the advancement of washing machine technology leading to the development of more eco-friendly and user friendly appliances that meets the evolving needs of consumer why reducing environmental impact.
