Abstract

This project presents the design and construction of an Automatic Display Board aimed at providing an efficient, low-cost, and user-friendly medium for information display in academic and public environments. The system integrates an HD W00 Wi-Fi microcontroller and a P10 LED display module powered by a regulated 5V/5A DC supply, enabling wireless programming and dynamic message display through the LedArt mobile application. The proposed system eliminates the limitations of manual notice boards by offering real-time, remote, and flexible control of displayed content. The hardware design consists of the controller unit, display module, and power supply, while the software design focuses on simple configuration and content management. The project was successfully tested by displaying the message “WELCOME TO ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT” on the constructed board. The results demonstrate that the system is reliable, energy-efficient, and suitable for use in schools, offices, and public places where timely dissemination of information is required. This work highlights the importance of integrating modern microcontroller technology with LED display systems to improve communication, reduce operational costs, and enhance efficiency in information sharing.
