Abstract
he document presents the design and implementation of a Computerized Transcript Management System (CTMS) for Crescent University to replace manual paper-based processes prone to errors and delays. Developed using HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and MySQL, the system features automated GPA computation, real-time request tracking, and secure digital delivery, significantly improving processing speed and accuracy.
