THE IMPACT OF EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT JOB PERFORMANCE (A CASE STUDY OF ABA NORTH L.G.A. ABIA STATE)
Abstract
This subject of employee unrest has been a characteristic feature in Nigeria. The question often asked is whether the impact of employee training development and to performance necessities of another organization which length to be retained out of experience. This research work therefore focuses on the impact of employee training development and job performance. To justify the topic, the researcher consulted relevant textbook on the topic as well as researches conducted by other research again to be abstract of relevant events or development, the internet was explored, and newspaper were consulted. The researcher found out if organizations are necessary for harmonious working relationship & peace in organization and the society at large. Therefore, the researcher concluded that the impact of employee training development are to the employees a necessity, to the government a design, to the society an accident and to the management and expediency.
