ECONOMIC IMPACT OF POWER SUPPLY ON ORGANIZATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY

This study evaluated the Economic Impact of Power Supply on Organizational Productivity. A study of Gbate Water Factory, Bida. Specifically, the study determined the impact of stability of power supply on productivity output: determined the impact of the cost power supply on operational efficiency in Gbate Table Water factory. To achieve these objectives, the study adopted a survey designed relying on primary source of data using questionnaire structured in linkert four-scale format. The study considered 21 Stoff of Ghate water Factory. Bida to constitute the population of the study, while the sample size remained 21 as determined by census method. Frequency percentage tables and mean deviations were adopted in presenting and analyzing data The hypothesis were tested using chi-square statistical package at 5% significant level which showed that stability of power supply has a significant impact on the cost of production. Finally. the finding revealed that alternative power supply has a significant impact on the operational efficiency in Ghate Table Water Factory. It was recommended that a reliable and efficient power supply is crucial for maintaining productivity, as it enables the smooth operation of equipment. reduces downtime, and supports the effective use of resources. The study also recommended among others that organization should conduct regular power supply risk assessments and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
