Abstract

The Dynamic Scheduling System is a web-based application developed to automate the creation and updating of examination schedules in academic institutions. This system addresses the inefficiencies of traditional manual methods, which often lead to exam conflicts, overbooked venues, and administrative delays. By employing rule-based algorithms and a centralized database, the platform ensures accurate and conflict-free exam scheduling. Built using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, the system supports role-based access for administrators, invigilators, and students. Key functionalities include real-time updates, invigilator scheduling, venue capacity management, and announcement broadcasting. The system significantly improves institutional efficiency, reduces human error, and enhances the overall examination planning experience. The project contributes to improving academic workflow, reducing administrative burden, and ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of institutional resources.
