INFLUENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES PRATICES AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE IN BREWERY INDUSTRIES: (A CASE STUDY OF NIGERIAN BREWERY PLC, LAGOS)
Abstract
This project titled "Influence of Human Resource Practice and Organizational Performance in Breweries Industry: Study of Nigerian Brewery Plc, Lagos was designed to evaluate the importance of human resource practices on organizational performance in brewery industry sub sectors. The survey design method and descriptive analysis was adopted for the study. The population of 150 workers was used for study and data for the study were collected through well- structured questionnaire. Chi- square was used to analyze the data.
