Findings from the study revealed that recruitment and selection significantly improve organizational performance by ensuring that qualified personnel are employed. Training and development were found to enhance employee skills and productivity. Employee motivation was shown to increase commitment and efficiency, while performance appraisal was found to improve employee output through feedback and evaluation.
