Abstract

The production of banana jam followed a straightforward method, using readily available materials and standard techniques. The procedures ensured the preservation of the banana's natural sugars and nutrients while converting the fruit into a stable, long-lasting product. The analysis of the jam's nutritive value was conducted using standard nutritional databases and lab techniques, focusing on key components such as essential vitamins and minerals. Future research could explore methods of enhancing the nutritional profile of banana jam, such as fortification with fiber or the use of natural sweeteners to replace refined sugxar.
