EFFECTIVE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT: A FACTOR FOR ORGANIZATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND GROWTH (A STUDY OF 7UP BOTTLING COMPANY PLC, ABA)
Abstract
The research looked at the Effective Human Resource Management, a factor for Organizational Efficiency and Growth with special attention to 7up Bottling company PLC, Aba as the organization of the study. the research design employed was survey research design. A total population of 200 was employed out of which a sample size of 133 was determined using the Taroyamene formula. Tables and percentages, were used to analyze the data collected while chi square statistical tool was used to test the hypotheses formulated. The findings revealed that organizations should continue stimulating employees in order to achieve high performance. Organizations should ensure that the full potentials of employees are developed in order to enhance employee productivity. on the basis of the findings and conclusion, the researcher recommends that organizations should Keep on motivating employees in order to stimulate employees for higher performance.
