INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background of the Study
The need to move from one distance location to another by individuals is
an important factor of human existence. People travel from one place to
another for one reason or the other. While some embark on such
journeys in private or government vehicles, others – even those who
own private vehicles at one point or the other - do so with public
transports for one reason or the other. To guarantee quality service
delivery to passengers, there is need for proper management of the
entire process using automated tools like online vehicle booking system.
