Abstract
ABSTRACT
This work examined the Effect of Cash Availability on Organization Performance (A Case of Nwannegadi Micro Finance Bank Owerri). The description survey design was employed and a sample size of 67 was drawn from a population of 80. The finding from the analysis of the data shows a strong positive correction between cash availability and organizational performance in that financial sector. The researcher hereby recommends that financial institution should go out of their way to ensure cash availability in order to retain their customer share.
