ABSTRACT
Thirty wistar rats divided into six groups of 5 rats each. The group A was administered 1 ml distilled water and fed rat diets and water adlibitum. Groups B, C, D, E and F were administered with 1 ml of alcoholic foreign wine, alcoholic local wine and Zobo respectively daily for 28 days. The rats were sacrificed and blood samples were collected into trisodium citrate bottles for analysis. Prothrobin Time (PT) and activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT) were estimated using standard methods. The data were analysed using statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 22.
