ELECTRONIC PROPERTIES OF HEXAGONAL PHASE OF GRAPHENE
Abstract
This study examines the electronic properties of hexagonal-phase graphene, focusing on its fundamental characteristics and potential applications. Hexagonal graphene, with its unique honeycomb lattice structure, exhibits exceptional electronic behavior. Through a comprehensive investigation employing theoretical modeling and experimental techniques, we analyze the material's electronic band structure, density of states, and carrier mobility.
