MATERIAL MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION (A STUDY OF TUYIL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY, ILORIN KWARA STATE)
Abstract
This research was to examine the material management and employee motivation with the special reference to Tuyil Pharmaceutical Company, Ilorin, Kwara State. This study show to investigate material management and its effect on employee motivation of Pharmaceutical Company in Ilorin, Nigeria. Although the study adopted the use of sample languages, but some respondents will found it difficult to understand some concepts and they had to be put through so much time was wasted in the course of doing this. Finally, the opinions of quality of respondents from the basic of this research, but this did not in any way affect the quality of the study. Simple percentage distribution was used in the presentation and interpretation of the data collected. And population of the study is 120 in the organization to this end, also 100 questionnaires are distributed and 92were returned the data were tabulated in a frequency distribution form and the cores pounding percentage evaluate was calculated and recorded respectively.
