INTELLIGENT SMART HOME ENERGY MONITORING AND PREDICTIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH ADAPTIVE AUTOMATION
Abstract
This project presents the design and implementation of an Intelligent Smart Home Energy Monitoring and Predictive Management System with Adaptive Automation. The system aims to optimize energy consumption in residential settings by integrating real-time monitoring, data analytics, and predictive control strategies. Leveraging IoT-based sensors and smart meters, the system collects detailed energy usage data, which is then analyzed using machine learning algorithms to identify consumption patterns and forecast future demand. Based on these insights, the system autonomously adjusts home appliances and energy sources, including renewable options, to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The adaptive automation feature enables dynamic responses to changes in user behavior and environmental conditions, ensuring sustained optimization. This intelligent system not only empowers homeowners with actionable insights through a user-friendly interface but also contributes to sustainable energy practices and smarter living environments.
