DEVELOPMENT OF A MECHANIZE DRAINAGE CLEANER WITH A DETACHABLE WASTE BIN
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The drainage waste cleaning machine's design and construction are the main focus of this project. A "drainage cleaning machine" is a device that removes waste and debris from the water's surface and disposes of it securely. The study examined the state of our country's waterways, which are currently clogged with pollutants, poisonous materials, and trash of liters of sewage. Aquatic animals' lives are being hampered and put in risk due to the rise in water pollution caused by waste debris. It was designed to employ this ineffective method of waste disposal in conjunction with routine waste filtration. As soon as the setup is turned on, the system's wiper motor begins to run. The wheel has a motor attached to it, and the remote control setup is used to drive it. The procedure begins by employing the lifter to gather the rubbish waste, which is then thrown back into the bin that is fastened in the machine at the bottom. A bucket is used to collect the sewage once it has been lifted by an arm. In order to collect waste that floats on the water's surface, the setup even operates in a sewage area with water (up to a certain level). Additionally, the trash that clogs the drainage system is collected and eliminated. By limiting human involvement in the cleaning process, this approach lessens the likelihood that infections may transmit to other people.
