DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. (A CASE STUDY GLADTEC ENTERPRISE)
Abstract
This project presents the design and development of a web-based Property Management System (PMS) aimed at improving the management of residential and commercial properties. The platform enables property managers and tenants to handle tasks such as rent tracking, tenant registration, maintenance requests, and communication. Built using HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL, the system features a user-friendly interface and efficient data management. Key functionalities include real-time dashboards, automated maintenance tracking, and rental payment records. The system was developed after analyzing existing property management methods and tested for performance, usability, and reliability. The project demonstrates how web technologies can streamline property management processes. Future enhancements may include mobile support, online payment integration, and predictive maintenance tools.
