Abstract

ABSTRACT from which 21 were used to carry out LD50 study of the extract. The herbal mixture AAMV-extract were induced with diabetes by a single intraperitonal injection (I.p) of was extracted using ethanol. The rats where randomly divided into 6 groups, labeled mg/kg AAMV-extract groups were the diabetic rats administered 500mg/kg b.w and significantly different. The extract reversed the decreasing effect of diabetes on SOD, Diabetes is linked to the dysregulation of free radicals, potentially leading to harmful AAMV-extract only. Diabetes + 500 mg/kg Metformin to Diabetes + 1000 mg/kg CAT and GSH while reversing the increasing effect of diabetes on MDA levels. The properties showed that there was a dose dependent increase in OH radical inhibition, DPPH radical inhibition, FRAP, NO inhibition and TAC. 320mg/ml showed to have result shows that AAMV extract could be used as an effective medication in the 500mg/kg b.w metformin. Diabetes + 500 mg/kg AAMV-extract and Diabetes + 1000 mg/kg AAMV-extract, Diabetes + 1000 mg/kg AAMV-extract and 1000 mg/kg Normal control, Diabetic control, Diabetes + 500 mg/kg Metformin, Diabetes + 500 was not diabetic and was administered only 1000mg/kg b.w of the extract.Antioxidant alloxan (150 mg/kg b.w). The Diabetes + 500 mg/kg Metformin was administered the evaluation of invitro and invivo antioxidant activity of polyherbal extract (AAMV) 1000mg/kg b.w of AAMV-extract for 28 days. 1000 mg/kg AAMV-extract only group consequences due to increased oxidative stress within the body. In the present study, in alloxan induced diabetic rats was examined. The study involved 81 male wistar rats the highest antioxidant properties, next to 160mg/ml and 640mg/ml, although not management of oxidative stress in diabetes.
