ABSTRACT
This research work was carried out to design and develop a computer program that will help the staff in keeping record of h.i.v patients. Software that would emulate human medical labour exclusively on HIV patients record keeping. Keeping record is very vital in all aspect of life. The record can be on scientific, cultural education. As a matter of fact without keeping good record, many people will encounter difficulties in their day-to-day activities. The HIV patients record keeping system contain the patients personal data and level of the virus to be fill in the form. Prior to this project, the HIV /AIDS patients record keeping is done manually in the hospital which is time consumed and cumbersome.
