DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A MOBILE APP FOR JOB CREATION AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT, A CASE STUDY OF ZAMFARA STATE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
Abstract
This study presents the design and implementation of a mobile application aimed at bridging the gap between job seekers and skill development opportunities. The system empowers job seekers by enabling them to search for and apply to jobs, access skill development programs, and improve their employability. It also provides recruitment officers with tools to manage applications and oversee skill development programs effectively, while administrators can monitor system activities and generate reports for informed decision-making.
The proposed system integrates features such as job posting, skill program management, user registration, and reporting to streamline employment processes and foster skill acquisition.
