EFFECT OF OUTSOURCING PRACTICES ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE (A STUDY OF INTERNATIONAL BREWERY PLC ILESA, OSUN STATE)
Abstract
This research work examines the effects of outsourcing practices on organization performance using International Breweries Plc Ilesa, Osun State as a study. The research work was covers the following research objectives. Establish the effect of outsourcing for employee competence as a strategy to enhance organizational performance of International Brewery Plc, to find out the effect of outsourcing for cost reduction on organizational performance of International Brewery Plc, to examine the effect of outsourcing for innovativeness on organizational performance of International Brewery Plc and to determine the effect of outsourcing to focus on core competencies on organizational performance of International Brewery Plc.
