Thus, this project work aim to determine the effect of internal generated revenue on Nigeria economy and objectives are to fits the model that relate total income with Paye, Direct assessment, Road taxes and Other Taxes to determine if the model fits the data, to determine if there is a correlation between the variables (Paye, Direct Assessment, Road Taxes and Other Taxes) From the result of the analysis, the regression equation is Y = 0.000 + 1.001X₁ + 0.994X₂+ 1.011X3+ 0.997X4 that is β₀ which is 0.000 is the initial income of the government whether they used Paye, Direct assessment, road taxes or other taxes or not. β₁ which is 1.001 says that Paye contribute 100.1% to the income of the government on revenue. Likewise β₂ which is 0.994says that Direct assessment contribute 99.4% to the income of the government on revenue. β3 which is 1.011 says that Road Taxes contribute 101.1% to the income of the government on revenue and β4 which is 0.997 says that Other Taxes 99.4% to the income of the government on revenue. Also the analysis shows the correlation between the sources of the revenue. The degree of relationship between Y and Paye is 99.5%, the degree of relationship between Y and Direct Assessment is 96.3%, the degree of relationship between Y and Road Taxes is 96.1%, the degree of relationship between Y and Other Taxes is 96.8%, the degree of relationship between Paye and Direct Assessment is 94.2%, the degree of relationship between Paye and Road Taxes is 93.5%, the degree of relationship between Paye and Other Taxes is 93.7% and the degree of relationship between Road Taxes and Other Taxes is 95.4%
