The three hundred (300) copies of the questionnaire were administered to the respondents and all retrieved. Simple Linear Regression was used to test the null hypothesis at 0.05 level of significance. The result of the test of hypothesis showed that there is no significant influence of acquired management skills, acquired human relations skills and acquired communication skills on social adjustment among teacher trainees in University of Cross River State. It was recommended that the National University Commission (NUC) should ensure that the aforementioned skills are well spelt out in the general curriculum of university teachers; the university management should organize seminar from time to time in order to enlighten teachers on the need to acquire entrepreneurial skills before graduating from the university; the government should provide the enabling environment for teachers to practices the entrepreneurial skills they learnt by giving loans.
