ABSTRACT
There are a lot of problems in tracking memos and applications sent within theschool of Science and technology, and individuals are having difficulties in tracking their applications. This system addresses this problem by designing an online memo and application workflow tracking system. This system allows management to send memo electronically to the intended staff and it also allows staff to send application to the management electronically. This system was design to replace sending memos and applications on papers due technological development.
