Abstract

This research focused on the computerization of cement sales transaction systems, with the aim of improving efficiency, accuracy, and record management in AA Master Nigeria Limited. The study reviewed the limitations of manual sales processing and proposed a computerized system developed using HTML, PHP, and MySQL. The system ensures accurate stock control, eliminates fraud, improves sales reporting, and supports managerial decision-making. Interviews, system analysis, and feasibility studies were carried out to ensure the system meets organizational needs. The computerized system enhances data security, real-time processing, and better service delivery.
