OUTSOURCED ACCOUNTING AND BOOKKEEPING
Abstract
The research is on the outsourced accounting and bookkeeping. Sixty (60) questionnaires were administered and were retrieved. The researcher analysed the data collected based on the responses from the questionnaire. Regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis formulated. The major findings revealed that, it was revealed that there is significant relationship between outsourcing accounting and organizational performance at Nigeria stock exchange. The absolute value of R indicates the strength, with larger absolute values indicating stronger relationships. On the basis of the above finding, the study recommends that outsourcing strategy should come from the workers themselves. That is, workers should be made to embrace the strategy before implementation so as to alley the fear of loss of Jobs.
